To you New Make-Up artists out there a little bit of advice from my +25 years in the Fashion Biz,…”Top Heavy…Bottom Light” or “Bottom Heavy…Top Light”…Rarely Both! Want Lips? Ok but…keep the eyes Minimal (Perhaps Eyebrows Only) Want Heavy Eyes? Okay, but keep your lips Low-Fi. In viewing so many New-be Make-Up Artists out there, there is just too much of everything.  Keep it Balanced.  Don’t try to do everything in one image.
