The Fashion House Emanuel Ungaro was created in 1965 by Emanuel Ungaro <\/a>and sold in 2004 by his founder after he decided to retire. Unfortunately since his retirement, they have experienced the “revolving door” of designers syndrome. From Esteban Cortazar<\/a> who was fired because he refused to work with “Talented & Recognized”<\/em> (nudge nudge wink wink say no more say no more)<\/strong> fashion designer: Lindsay Lohan<\/a>. He was eventually replaced by Estrella Archs<\/a> as the new head designer who had to collaborate with the same “Talented Recognized Fashion Artistic Advisor<\/em>“<\/strong> Lindsay Lohan.<\/strong> (I just hope the person responsible for this brilliant idea got fired as well!!).<\/p>\n

\nFor the\u00a0second<\/strong>, YES I said the\u00a02nd time<\/strong>, our Fashion Director, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Renaut, was interviewed by\u00a0Elizabeth Day<\/a><\/strong> from the news daily “The Observer” in the UK.\u00a0Read her first interview\u00a0here<\/a> : “The Demise of Christian Lacroix Fashion House”. <\/strong>I have been impressed by the frequency in which Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique’s analysis and predictive sensibilities are often spot on target.<\/em>
\nOn this occasion, it was about the appointment of Giles Deacon as the new Creative Director for Emanuel Ungaro.<\/em><\/strong>
