Haute Couture only comes twice a year and is only shown in Paris. It is a rare bird indeed and thus is taken very seriously by those in the metier. It is akin to Formula 1 Racing or the Paris Le Salon de\u00a0l’Auto where prototypes are shown and\u00a0dreamt\u00a0upon by the multitude of onlookers.<\/p>\n

This year Fall-Winter 2012\/2013 Haute Couture Collections were most\u00a0definitely\u00a0eye candy for this viewers eyes. Fashion Photographer Benjamin Kanarek photographed Maud Welzen from Elite Models Paris and DNA New York for Harper’s BAZAAR en Espa\u00f1ol. Maud is starring in “In My Castle” fashion editorial which was shot appropriately at the Luxurious Palace Hotel Shangri-La, Par\u00eds. Maud was the perfect model to be wrapped lavishly in some of the most exciting, dazzling Couture creations in quite a while. Despite her young career Maud has already walked for a considerable number\u00a0of shows and has been the face for several prestigious fashion brands like Versace for Versus, Valentino and this season for Ralph Lauren and Belstaff.<\/p>\n

Princess Maud Welzen, alone in her castle, strolls from Salon to Salon wearing her Haute Couture gowns from Christian Dior with the first Haute Couture Collection by Raf Simons, Valentino Haute Couture,\u00a0Atelier Versace, Elie Saab Haute Couture, Armani Priv\u00e9, Gaultier Paris,\u00a0Giambattista Valli Haute Couture,\u00a0Jantaminiau,\u00a0Maison Martin\u00a0Margiela,\u00a0Alexandre Vauthier Couture,\u00a0Chanel Haute Couture and\u00a0Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci.<\/p>\n
