It was a lot of fun shooting with him. \u00a0A very humble personality with a great sense of humor. The place is grand and majestic, impressive in its scope as well as in the splendour of its Louis XV decoration, performed at the time by architect Jacques-Ange Gabriel. With him,\u00a0he\u00a0developed the restaurant and banquet menus and also learned about management and the fundamentals of profitability.\u00a0He\u00a0was given more responsibilities, which\u00a0he\u00a0accepted with relish.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.parisweb.tv\/embed\/2131\/?title=1&amp;auteur=1&amp;\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"550\" height=\"350\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n<em>This restaurant, acknowledged to be one of the best dining venues in Paris, showcases chef Christopher Hache\u2019s magical food creations, which are just as grand as the majestic dining room they are served in.
