DC Chang loves Asia’s raw energy coupled with a deep passion for dance and the human form, gives this photographer’s work an inclement yet beautiful edge. A traditionalist at heart, he spent times working away from his home in Singapore. As a result, his work bears a cosmopolitan appeal while always retaining an element of Asian style. A case in point is his contribution in this issue – Painted Faces – in which he juxtaposes the decadence of modern western jewelery against a stark ethereal backdrop inspired by Chinese Opera<\/p>\n
