Nataliya Bulycheva in “Opera Night” by Benjamin Kanarek in a Special Tommy Hilfiger – Zendaya Collection

TommyXZandaya

TommyXZandaya first fashion collaboration is all about The “Battle of Versailles”(the event known for putting American ready-to-wear on the global map)* and an homage to iconic women of ’70s American pop culture.

“We’re paying homage to these women who changed our legacy…and allowed me and so many others to be here. I remember when my Vogue cover came out, Beverly Johnson (the first African-American model to land the cover of American Vogue) tweeted me congratulations, and I said this wouldn’t be possible without you. This is about saying we appreciate and love you.” Zendaya.

This spring-summer 2019 ready-to-wear collaboration is made in heaven. A wonderful mix of 70’s looking colors and textures. Makes you want to go out a boogie all night long, in the spirit of “Soul Train”,  “Studio 54” and “Area Club” vibe meets “A Night at the Opera” with Russian model and gymnast, Nataliya Bulycheva adding a Jane Birkin and Françoise Hardy influence to this fashion editorial captured by Benjamin Kanarek… How eclectic that is! Mix it Up!
